Free EHA congress registrations for CML patient organisations representatives: Deadline 27 February 2018!

Jun 4, 2018

Again this year, the European Hematology Association (EHA) is providing around 50 free congress registrations for leaders of hematology patient organisations, to give patient advocates the opportunity to attend the 23rd annual EHA congress which is taking place in Stockholm from June 14-17, 2018.

If you are a representative of a CML patient organisation in Europe, you can apply for an EHA Fellowship and attend the EHA Congress at Stockholm

You can apply for a free registration of the Congress now, a so-called “EHA Fellowship”, by filling in the application form which you will find clicking on this image:

Please note that these Fellowships are available only to representatives of patient organisations, not for patients in their individual interest. The free registration allows full access to the scientific congress, but will NOT cover travel or accommodation costs.

EHA is requiring all EHA Fellowship receivers to attend the EHA / EuroBloodNet Patient Advocates Capacity Building Session which will take place on Thursday 14 June from 14:00-17:00 (training session) and from 21:00 to open end (informal advocacy get together). Participation in the training session is mandatory for all EHA Fellows, and not participating there will actually make getting future EHA Fellowships unlikely so be sure you will be able to attend these training sessions.

Deadline for applications is 27th February 2018

We hope to meet many CML patient advocates at this 23rd EHA Congress in Stockholm! If you have questions, please contact Nicole Schröter of the Hematology ePAG Project Management Office:
