Final Edition of SAFE POLYMED Training Course: Safety in Polypharmacy

Managing multiple medications can be challenging and carries significant risks if not handled safely. To support patients, caregivers, and advocates, the European Union-funded SAFE POLYMED project is launching the 3rd and final edition of its Training Course on Safety in Polypharmacy.

This free, online, expert-led training will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to better understand the safety principles of polypharmacy and actively participate in safe medication management.

Course Structure:

  • 7 interactive live online sessions (up to 120 minutes each, including Q&A, quizzes, and surveys)
  • Delivered via Zoom and LearnWorlds platforms
  • Certificate of Attendance available for participants who attend 75% or more
  • Sessions held in English

Who should join?

  • Patients and caregivers who want to ensure safe medication use
  • Patient advocates aiming to support their communities
  • Anyone interested in polypharmacy safety

  • October 30: Safety Signal Reporting & Digital Tools
  • November 4: Data Safety, Privacy and GDPR
