CML Horizons 2025 Conference Fee
The conference fee of EUR 800 applies to the second and third delegates (if your organisation does not submit a poster by the specified deadline—please check our poster page for more details). This fee will be invoiced to the participant through the Leukaemia Patient Advocates Foundation (Switzerland) prior to the conference.
The fee covers:
- Accommodation for up to 4 nights
- Local transport from Bucharest International Airport to the conference and back
- Food and beverages (including breakfast, lunch from Friday to Sunday, and dinner on Friday and Saturday)
- Free Wi-Fi in conference rooms and guest rooms
Please note: The fee does not cover Thursday lunch or dinner, or Sunday dinner.
Important: The second and third delegates are responsible for arranging and covering their travel costs to Bucharest International Airport (e.g., flights). The conference fee does not cover incidental costs, such as bar or mini-bar charges, phone calls, taxi fares, room upgrades, the attendance of family members, or any other non-official activities.
Payment of the conference fee is due before the conference begins. It must be paid even if there is a cancellation after 20th April 2024. Payments should be made via wire transfer to the Foundation. If a different postal address is required for the invoice, delegates should provide the necessary details during the online registration process, including the full address and the organisation responsible for paying the fee.
For Sponsors’ Representatives
Sponsors’ delegates must also register via our Horizons Platform. Room bookings will be handled by the CML AN organising team. Sponsors are responsible for paying for their room costs directly with the hotel. Local transport to the conference venue will be arranged by us, provided we receive their flight details at least two weeks prior to the event. Conference-related costs, including meals and the delegate rate, will be covered by us, and no invoice will be issued to sponsor representatives.
