Arrival Date: Thursday, 22nd May 2025
CML Horizons 2025 will begin on Friday, 23rd May 2025 at 10:00 am local time with regional meetings, which are mandatory for all delegates. After the regional sessions, delegates can choose between CML 101 (ideal for newcomers) or CML 102 for more advanced participants. At 12:00 pm, we’ll gather for a welcome lunch, followed by the official opening session at 1:10 pm local time.
Please be aware that the journey from Bucharest International Airport to the hotel will take around 35-40 minutes, depending on traffic. We will arrange a shuttle service to transport delegates to the hotel (see details below).
Departure Date: You’ll be able to depart on either Sunday, 25th May or Monday, 26th May 2025, depending on flight schedules. We recommend booking your flights for Sunday after 4:30 pm to ensure you can attend all conference sessions.
Travel Arrangements for Patient Advocates, Steering Committee, and Speakers
Our team will handle flight arrangements for the first delegate from each patient organization, Steering Committee members, and speakers. If this applies to you, please do not book your own travel. On your registration form, please specify your preferred departure and return dates and times, along with your departure airport. Due to our limited budget as a non-profit organization, the travel agency will do its best to accommodate your preferences while securing the best available rates. We strongly encourage you to complete this as soon as possible, as flight costs increase closer to the event.
Second and third delegates from the same organization, as well as delegates from pharmaceutical sponsors, will be responsible for booking their own flights to Bucharest International Airport. We will provide free transport from the airport to the conference venue and back.
Once your flights are booked, please email Lidija from our team at lidija@cmladvocates.net with your travel details. This will allow us to arrange your local transport and accommodation accordingly. Please send your details by 24th April 2025 to ensure everything runs smoothly.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR SPONSORS’ REPRESENTATIVES
Sponsors should book their own flights. Once booked, please send us your flight details so we can arrange your transfer to the hotel and ensure your room is reserved. You will pay for your room directly at the hotel.
