Conference Fee

The conference fee of EUR 800 applies to the second and third delegates from each organisation (if a poster has not been submitted by the deadline). This fee will be invoiced by the Leukaemia Patient Advocates Foundation (Switzerland) prior to the conference.

The conference fee covers:

  • Accommodation for up to four nights at the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace
  • Local transport between Tbilisi International Airport and the conference venue
  • Meals and refreshments provided during the conference programme, including:
    • Lunch and dinner on Sunday and Monday
    • Breakfast and farewell lunch on Tuesday
  • Free Wi-Fi in guest rooms and conference spaces

Please note: the conference fee does not include any meals or beverages on Saturday (arrival day) or after the farewell lunch on Tuesday. It also does not cover personal expenses such as minibar use, phone calls, laundry, taxi fares, room upgrades, or attendance by family members or guests.

Payment Terms and Cancellations

Payment of the conference fee is required before the start of the event.
If a cancellation is made after 13 April 2026, the full amount will remain payable.

Payments should be made via wire transfer to the Foundation. If your organisation requires the invoice to be issued under a specific name or postal address, please provide these details during the online registration process.

For Sponsors’ Representatives

Representatives from partner and sponsor companies are also required to register through the Horizons platform. Room reservations will be managed by the organising team, and sponsors will pay hotel costs directly.

Local transport between Tbilisi International Airport and the conference venue will be arranged once flight details are received at least two weeks prior to the event.
The Horizons organising team will coordinate hotel bookings for sponsor representatives, while sponsors will pay their accommodation costs directly to the hotel.
All conference meals and attendance will be covered by the organisers, and no separate invoice will be issued to sponsor representatives.
