Blood Cancer United formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is a global leader dedicated to improving outcomes for people affected by blood cancers. The Blood Cancer United mission: Cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life of all patients and their families. Blood Cancer United funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world, provides free information and support services, and is the voice for all blood cancer patients seeking access to quality, affordable, coordinated care.

Patient Education & Support Resources
Blood Cancer United offers trusted educational programs, webinars, publications, podcasts, and disease-specific resources designed to help patients, caregivers, survivors, and healthcare professionals make informed healthcare decisions throughout the cancer journey.

Free One-on One Support:

• Information Specialists
  Blood Cancer United’s Information Resource Center provides free, personalized support from highly trained oncology social workers and nurses. Information Specialists help patients, survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals better understand blood cancer diagnoses and treatment options, navigate financial and social challenges, access support resources, and connect with additional services and programs.
• Clinical Trial Support Center (CTSC)
  Through the Clinical Trial Support Center, patients and caregivers can work one-on-one with Clinical Trial Nurse Navigators who specialize in pediatric and adult blood cancers. Nurse Navigators educate patients about clinical trials, help identify potential trial options, provide guidance throughout the enrollment process, and offer ongoing support from search to participation.
• Nutrition Education Services Center (NESC)
  The Nutrition Education Services Center provides free one-on-one consultations with registered dietitians who specialize in oncology nutrition. This service is available to patients and caregivers of all cancer types, offering nutrition education, side effect management strategies, healthy eating guidance, and survivorship nutrition support.

Financial Assistance and Access Programs
Blood Cancer United helps eligible patients overcome financial barriers to care through co-pay assistance, educational resources, referrals, and Medical Debt Case Management services that help patients address cancer-related medical debt and navigate available insurance options and insurance denials. Financial assistance programs are generally available to eligible U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and individuals residing in the United States or U.S. Territories, subject to specific program requirements and funding availability.

Research & Advocacy
Blood Cancer United invests in innovative blood cancer research and advocates at the federal and state levels to improve access to quality, affordable care, advance health equity, and accelerate progress toward cures for blood cancers.
