This survey is being run by the Acute Leukemia Advocates Network (ALAN), CLL Advocates Network (CLLAN) and CML Advocates Network (CMLAN). Who should complete the questionnaire?

  • The survey is open to anyone aged 18 and above who has been directly or indirectly affected by a diagnosis of leukemia.
  • Two sets of questions are available: one for patients and one for carers.
  • It takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete the survey.
  • All responses are confidential and participation is voluntary.
