CML Horizons 2023 – Registration is now open #CMLHZ23
DATE: 3rd – 5th November 2023 LOCATION: Berlin, Germany
CML Advocates Network is delighted to announce the opening of the registration for the 21st CML Horizons conference! This year’s Horizons will be a Hybrid event, with both in-person and online attendance options for advocates from all over the world. This year, we are bringing our members to Berlin, Germany, the homeland of Jan Geißler, one of the co-founders of CML AN and a beloved Steering Committee member!
The Steering Committee and the team have worked hard to ensure that this annual meeting continues to meet the high standard of quality and value that you have grown to expect.
A key objective of the CML Horizons conference remains to develop our members as patient advocates, and the conference focuses on topics such as: New CML drugs in clinical trials and the future of CML treatments globally and in LMICs, CML treatments in later lines and blast crisis, how to measure and improve the QoL of patients living with CML. The advocacy sessions will be interactive this year with a variety of topics including finding solutions to issues that are faced by many organizations such as diversifying fundraising operations as well as how we might be able to influence decision-makers in our region or country. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to hear how your group can benefit from the latest digital tools and how you can implement them in your organization. It is the essence of Learn, Share & Grow that our conference strives to support and facilitate the quality of education by addressing such questions.
This one-of-a-kind conference provides you with the opportunity to exchange ideas, interact & share best practices as well as to start networking across borders, build alliances, and gain much more that you can bring back to your own organisation.
A number of top speakers have confirmed their participation, including Prof. Andreas Hochhaus, Prof. Hari Menon, Prof. Michael Deininger, Prof. Philipp LeCoutre & Tamás Bereczky. Further speakers are expected to confirm in the coming days.
It will be our pleasure to have you as a participant at the 21st conference in person in Berlin or virtually from the comfort of your home.
As part of our conference, you will gain knowledge about how you can make a significant difference to the lives of patients, identify opportunities for patient support and advocacy, network with CML advocacy leaders around the world, and learn from the experts – both patient advocates and physicians.
